Welcome to Real Talk with Reginald D. I'm your host, Reginald D. On today's episode, I'm going to talk about quit asking for what is already yours. Let's get it. Life can be confusing at times. Life sometimes doesn't make sense. But see, the reason why life confuses some people is because they are not in position. They are not in position. They are not in the right position in life for the blessing. So you keep asking yourself, why does everybody else get blessed besides me? Ask yourself, am I in alignment with what I'm supposed to be doing in this life? Am I in alignment for what God has for me? I need you to know when you are in alignment, it gives you power because you are now confident in the mission of your life. I need you to stop looking outside for validation. Stop looking outside for opportunities to succeed. Let me tell you this about you. You don't need to ask nobody for permission to claim the greatness and destiny that already belongs to you. Quit asking for what's already yours. Go take it. It's yours. The dream inside of you is nobody's dream but yours. No more waiting on the green light. It's time for you to go get what's yours. So you're sitting around waiting on somebody to point the finger and tell you that it's your turn. You don't need permission. You give notice. Say, I've been stuck long enough and I got to go get what's mine. I'm coming because what is for me is for me. And I'm not asking anybody for what's already mine. You've been spending your whole life looking for the world to give you what you were already born with. You were born with gifts. You were born with greatness. The world can't give you that. That comes from God. It's time for you to quit asking for what's already yours and walk in who you were meant to be. Let me ask you a question. Why are you dependent on outside sources and people to make you wealthy? See that puts you in a position where you will be asking for permission. You build your wealth from what's inside of you. The dreams you have, the desires you have. Build from that place. Power doesn't come from the outside, it comes from the inside. Let me tell you something about me. I never talk about accomplishments and what I got going on with people unless they ask me. When you see people and all they talk about is what they're working on and what they're trying to accomplish. It doesn't matter what. You could be talking to them about a football game, and they will turn around and start talking about what they're trying to achieve in life. Those types of people are looking for validation. When it's already yours, you don't need nobody to validate nothing because it's yours. And when you know it's yours, can't nobody do nothing about it. Quit asking for what's already yours. Your destiny belongs to you. It doesn't belong to your boss, your family, or your friends. And let me tell you this: your destiny does not belong to your past. It belongs to you. As long as you keep acting like a visitor in your own life, you will continue to beg for the keys to a house that you already own. It's time for you to shift from asking to claiming. You can't give up on your dreams and destiny. It hurts so bad when I see people give up on their greatness just because they ran into tough times. I need you to know, no matter how hard things get, it's not the end of your story. You're just in a tough chapter right now. Now I'm going to angle this thing to you this way. You keep doubting that God is not going to give you your desires for your life. But let me tell you this. The reason it seems like He is not going to give you what you asked for is because it's already yours. He has already given it to you. You can't see it because you are not working the process. It's time to get to work and get what's already yours. Do you know why the lions are the king of the jungle? Even though they are not the fastest or the strongest animal in the jungle. Lions are the king of the jungle because they don't ask for permission. They take action. Take action and quit asking for what's already yours. Quit settling for mediocrity when God has more for you. Let me tell you this. When you're gonna get what's already yours, people are gonna say you have changed because you're not leaning on them like you used to. You're not the weak person you used to be. Do you know some people's assignment in life is to keep others dependent on them? Crazy enough. Some people are here to keep you down. And when you start depending on them, they will tell you that you've changed. Hear me clearly. You're not obligated to remain your old self just to make others comfortable. The most powerful thing you can do in life is understand that you were put here to fulfill the purpose. See a lot of people going through life chasing the check. But don't you know that the richest people in the world die empty? I need you to understand this. When you begin to walk in what's already yours, you will become the asset. That's how you become successful, is when you become the asset. People will start paying for your value. Now I know life is tough. You may not like the process, but you can't miss the purse. You got to trust God's timing. His timing is always perfect timing. Quit asking for what's already yours. If it's truly yours, it won't confuse you. I'm gonna leave you with this. Quit asking for what's already yours. People can't confirm a vision and the destiny that God gave you. Start walking in rooms knowing that you belong there and let your grind do the talking. I need you to know that the best version of you is already inside of you. You just got to be willing to put in the work to bring it out. Quit asking for what's already yours and go get it.
