On today's episode, I'm going to talk about Stop overthinking.

Let's go.

One of the main triggers for stress is overthinking.

People come into a situation and overthink. When it comes to getting things resolved,

overthinking makes you make up problems that doesn't really exist.

Think about that.

Have you ever had someone talk to you about their problems and when they're finished talking about it, the problem really is not that bad.

They're just overthinking it.

Let me ask you this. When are you going to stop overthinking when it comes to your purpose and achieving your dream?

Stop thinking it's too hard to achieve your dreams and desires. Stop overthinking it and just do it.

Overachieving what you desire for your life may be hard,

but it's doable.

You got to stop overthinking and make it up obstacles that don't even exist.

Overthinking will consume your energy and decrease your ability to make rational decisions.

Overthinking will increase your stress and anxiety.

Pursuing what you want for your life shouldn't be stressful.

It should be challenging.

If it's stressful to you,

then you're overthinking the process.

Stop overthinking and work the process.

I need you to know when you think too much,

that means you are thinking too little about yourself.

Stop overthinking and believing you,

you got what it takes.

The more you think, the less you will do.

Sometimes you got to tell your brain to shut up.

I know I had to. Plenty of times in my life I struggled with overthinking.

But I'm telling you,

when I stopped overthinking and started just doing,

my life became so much more productive.

To the point now if I set out to achieve something,

I don't have to see the whole thing.

I just need to see a snippet of it and then I go for it.

So you got to realize overthinking will make you have to see the whole picture before you try to achieve something.

That's what makes you afraid to go after your dreams.

Life doesn't work like that.

It comes in pieces that you got to put together.

Don't you know that your defeat is all in your mind?

You are as successful as you program your mind to be.

When you go out to what you desire for your life,

you got to stop overthinking and trust yourself and make a decision to move forward and get it done.

You got to stop overthinking and start being disciplined.

When you overthink, you do things according to how you feel.

But when you're disciplined, it doesn't matter how you feel today.

It's about who you're becoming tomorrow.

Discipline makes you show up when you don't feel like it.

Overthinking will make you quit.

Stop overthinking.

Overthinking is the biggest waste of your energy.

There's so much more that you got to get done.

You don't have time to be sitting around overthinking.

Overthinking also does this.

Overthinking makes you care entirely too much even when you shouldn't.

I need you to stop overthinking and chase your purpose.

It's time for you to trust the process and move forward and quit being stuck because you're overthinking.

Stop overthinking.

You can't control everything.

Some things you just got to let it be.

Stop overthinking and put your energy towards what you want to get done.

You can either use your energy worrying or you can use your energy to believe and find a way.

It's that simple.

Focus on your goals and natural problems.

That's how you become successful.

I need you to know this.

Listen to me carefully.

Overthinking will take away your happiness.

Overthinking will not allow your mind to be free.

It will keep your mind in bondage.

The more you overthink,

the less you will comprehend.

Stop overthinking and start enjoying your life.

Stay calm.

It's not that bad as it seems.

You just overthinking it.

Allow your mind to relax sometimes. Whatever happens happens, right?

Let me ask you this.

Why do you keep beating yourself up by overthinking things?

Stop it.

Just do what you can do and figure out the rest.

You've been overthinking so much to the point. You would be a world champion if overthinking was a sport.

I need you to know that you are gifted. You are a different breed.

You wasn't designed to fit in.

You were built to stand out.

The fastest way for you to become successful,

you have to quickly make decisions and turn your ideas into action.

You can't sit there and be overthinking.

You are not just a person.

You are a journey.

Stop overthinking and stay busy on your journey.

Stop overthinking and think about the best case scenario.

When you overthink the things you overthink about, it's not even true.

Think about that.

You are stressing yourself out and going crazy for nothing.

Listen,

overthinking makes you say what if when you should be saying what it's going to be.

You got to keep your mind on things that don't help you stay optimistic and stop overthinking and doubting yourself.

No matter what kind of challenges come your way,

when you overthink,

it ruins the whole situation.

It twists everything around.

Overthinking simply makes things worse than what it really is.

Stop overthinking by thinking things are impossible.

You need to rethink what's possible.

It's time for you to adjust and start moving forward towards your dreams. Man,

stop saying that you're not going to make it.

Your overthinking is making you feel that way.

You were built to make it. You just need to navigate your mind to believe in who you really are and stop letting overthinking deceive you and making you believe that you are less than I need you to know that most of your problems comes from two reasons.

It comes from you acting and not thinking.

Or you keep thinking without acting.

That's it.

Always think things over instead of overthinking things.

I'm going to leave you with this.

Your greatness is not determined by what's around you.

It's determined by what's inside of you.

Your dreams are within reach. You just got to believe it, envision it and manifest it.

The greater you become is going to demand a different you.

Remember, stop overthinking and start getting it done.

You are your longest commitment.

Treat yourself accordingly.
